Watch: Trump Mocks Joe Biden’s Decaying Mind

Former President Trump said in a one-on-one discussion with Tucker Carlson, which aired minutes before the first GOP debate, that President Biden has become worse “mentally compared with what he is physically.”

“I believe that he’s even worse mentally compared to what he is physically, and on a physical level, he is far from a triathlete — or any type of an athlete,” Trump remarked, pointing out how Biden appears to have difficulty performing basic tasks like walking across the grass.

“You know, it’s just two inches outside the White House, right? But he can’t raise his feet up over the grass. It isn’t very much. But if you watch him, he seems to be walking on toothpicks. And then you’ll see him on a sandy beach demonstrating that he can not lift a chair, even though chairs are supposed to be light, right?” Trump stated, commenting that Biden looks “absolutely awful” on the beach.

“He is unable to walk on sand because it’s sand. You can’t just walk through. But he struggles to walk across the sand when he’s in it. And someone in there believes he looks great at the beach, but I think he looks terrible at the beach,” Trump said, adding the fact that the beach “does not reflect what the President is meant to be doing.”

“He needs to be at work. You are supposed to try and get us out of this terrible war with Ukraine and Russia, in which we’re extremely involved. You could accomplish that, and it wouldn’t be hard. I think he would be able to do that very well, but I don’t think he would do it because he is not skilled enough. But that war must end right away because hundreds of thousands of innocent individuals are being killed, not as a result of one side or the other,” Trump said.

“Can you imagine being in an apartment building when rockets are crashing into it, blowing it up, and bringing it down? If I had been president, it never would’ve started,” Trump said.
