Watch: Stanford Professor Shocks Audience, Says Other-Worldly Powers Are Here

According to a prominent ufologist and lecturer at Stanford University, aliens have not simply visited Earth but have also “been here a long time.”

The startling claims were presented by Dr. Garry Nolan, a pathology professor at Stanford’s medical school, during a recent SALT iConnections conference in New York City with the theme “The Pentagon, Extraterrestrial Intelligence, and also Crashed UFOs.”

Nolan said when asked whether he thought aliens had ever visited Earth, “I believe you can take it a step farther — it has not just visited, it has been present a long time, and it is still here.”

In Nolan’s words, “Aliens have been present on Earth for a very long time and continue to remain here.”

Nolan said, “I believe it is a more advanced type of intelligence that involves utilizing some sort of intermediaries. They don’t even go around with skin suits on. You’re going to administer what I would consider an intelligence test there.”

He compared aliens arriving in UFOs to aboriginal tribes in South America who first encountered Spanish ships because they were unable to comprehend what they were witnessing.

At the meeting, Nolan stated, “They’re showing up and asking who among you is smart enough to understand what it is that you are looking at. Are you able to recognize what it is there in front of you? Do you see the odd information point?”

“People often refer to the ‘Wow! signal’ as a search for alien intelligence. The ‘Wow! signal’ is seen by individuals who notice it often; that is the existing kind of communication,” according to Nolan, who was speaking to moderator Alex Klokus.

“The ‘Wow! signal’ pertains to a surge of radio frequencies captured from space in 1977,” according to the New York Post. “Some astronomers hypothesized that the signal, which was 30 times greater than ordinary background radiation, may have originated from extraterrestrial life forms searching for further evidence of life. Since then, scientists have speculated that a pair of comets could have naturally produced the sound.”

When asked how certain he is that aliens would visit Earth, Nolan said, “100%.”

“And that is not only my opinion,” he said. “President Biden signed the National Defense Authorization Act in December, which was enacted the previous year. The creation of an office for unexplained airborne phenomena is covered in thirty pages of that.”

The Stanford professor argued in favor of his belief in alien life on Earth by adding, “You simply have to take a look at everything your government is trying to do at the moment about it.”

“Collecting information from throughout every department of the United States Dept. of Defense, as well as intellect offices, and then arranging of that for the first time in history into a uniform format, and submitting that then to Congress,” according to Dr. Nolan, who said “the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), which employs 25 people was given this task.”

“The latest whistle-blowing instance,” according to him, “occurred only last weekend and made Washington quite a hornet’s nest.”

According to Nolan, 12 US senators have asked for further details about UFOs.

The ufologist said that specialists are engaged in the reverse engineering of unidentified spacecraft that had crashed.
