Understandably, Russian President Vladimir Putin follows American politics closely, keeping an eye on the Democrats’ continued efforts to unseat former President Trump. According to a recent interview, he has been very interested in how that has been going.
Putin says that the American political system is in shambles because one party is poisoning it to punish its opponents. This is great news for Russia because it means that America has no moral standing on the world stage.
Putin said, “I think that what is happening right now is good for us.”
“Because it demonstrates how bad the American political system is, which can’t pretend to teach other countries about democracy,” he said to cheers from the crowd.
He went on, “Everything that is going on with Trump represents a political rival being persecuted for political motives. Yes, that’s it. And all of this is happening in front of the people of the United States and the entire globe. They just showed how bad things were on the inside.”
He must know. Putin has never been shy about going after his political opponents, but that’s not the point.
Putin is right about how the United States runs its government, no matter what he does. As of now, it’s in full and utter chaos because the Democrat Party is ready to use government agencies like the IRS and DOJ as weapons to punish and hurt its political opponents.
As of this writing, the Democrats are still making it clear that Trump is their main political opponent and that they are doing everything they can to prevent him from running this time. Democrats at all levels of government, from the federal level to the local, make a big deal out of trying to get rid of Trump. They want to do this not only to keep him out of the White House but also to help their own jobs.
Regardless of your opinion of Trump or your intention to vote for someone else, his battle with the Democrats is a perversion of both the political and judicial systems in the United States.
But to get to Putin’s point, this misuse of American processes has taken away any moral authority the US might have had in the election process. As things stand, American lawmakers are happy to be as sneaky and corrupt as they think they need to be to stay in power. This makes them not that different from those tyrannical tyrants and authoritarians we hate.
As far as we know, the only moral difference between Putin’s government and the Democrat Party is a link to Jeffrey Epstein.

At least on this point, Putin is right. The fact that the Democrat Party keeps suing Trump and using intelligence and law enforcement agencies in an attempt to get rid of him is a sign that America’s political system is about to fall apart completely. It is no longer fair, and the corruption is so deep that it’s hard to tell where it starts and stops.
