What Warren didn’t tell you is that the bill she’s ranting about doesn’t take away coverage from citizens. It stops giving taxpayer-funded benefits to illegal immigrants and adds a 40-hour workweek requirement for able-bodied adults who want to stay on Medicaid. That’s not slashing health care—it’s making sure the system isn’t abused.
Now, here’s where things get even more ridiculous. Warren asked one of the panelists, a guy named Mr. Levitis, if health premiums would double next year. He said yes—for some people.
