Tim Walz said that he is “friends” with school killers. This is being called the “worst line in any 2024 debate.”
Walz (D-Minn.) confused the internet when he answered a question about his changed view on banning assault weapons in Tuesday’s first and only vice-presidential debate of this election cycle.
“I was in that room with those parents from Sandy Hook. I’m now friends with school shooters.” Walz said, “I’ve seen it.”

Walz was supposedly trying to say the is now friends with parents whose children were killed in school killings. But people on the internet quickly made fun of the Democrat’s word scramble.
After the event, the 45th president even went on Truth Social and asked if Walz is “crazy.”
