VIDEO: Reporter Confronts Walz With One Simple (Difficult For Him) Question

This week, Fox News host Shannon Bream slammed Democratic vice presidential candidate Tim Walz and asked him questions that the establishment media won’t ask.

In Walz’s first one-on-one interview since becoming the Democratic Party’s vice presidential candidate, he played defense as Bream pressed him on important election issues like the economy, abortion, immigration, and even Walz’s past of lying.

“You changed your story or said you were wrong about things related to a military rank, carrying a weapon in battle, your DUI arrest in 1995, using IVF to have children, and being in Hong Kong and China during the Tiananmen Square protests in the summer of 1989.”

Also, it’s important to note that there were no fact-checks for Dems during last week’s vice presidential debate, but Bream had to correct Walz several times.

At first, Bream told Walz that he signed a law in Minnesota that takes away all limits on abortion. She then asked Walz if he thought Democrats should follow the same extreme policy across the country.

According to Walz, “the vice president and I have made it clear that what we want is the return of Roe v. Wade.”

“But that law is much bigger than Roe v. Wade,” Bream checked. “Let’s agree that there isn’t a single limit in what you signed from now until you give birth. Roe had rules about each stage that did put limits on abortion during the pregnancy. That’s not in Minnesota law.”

Walz didn’t answer Bream’s question. Instead, he said over and over that he wants women and doctors to make the “choice” about abortion again. On the other hand, as Bream pointed out, Roe did not give women the right to get any abortion they wanted.

Next, Walz said that Trump wants to ban abortions across the country, which made Bream fact-check again.

Bream spoke up and said, “[Trump] has said many times that he will not sign a national abortion ban.” Are you calling that a lie?”

Walz replied, “Yes, of course.”

Lastly, Walz tried to use the sad death of Amber Thurman, who reportedly died because of problems with an abortion pill, as a political tool to push his pro-abortion views.
