A chilling video from San Francisco’s Union Square captures the shocking moment a street preacher had a gun pointed directly at his face while delivering a sermon on gender and biblical teachings. The footage, shared by Pastor Kevin Kihara of Christian Forgiveness Ministries, shows him calmly preaching about God’s design for men and women before an individual in a blond wig, heeled boots, and an overall dress brandishes a firearm in response to his words.
The video, titled “Transgender pulls gun on street preacher in San Francisco,” has since gone viral, sparking outrage over the escalating hostility toward religious expression in public spaces. As Kihara speaks into a microphone, emphasizing traditional biblical views on gender, a voice off-camera begins to shout back in protest.
The preacher remains composed, delivering his message: “God made men to be men. He didn’t make a man to be a woman; he made the man to be a man. He didn’t make the woman to be a man; he made the woman to be a woman.”
At that moment, an individual approaches, pulls a gun from a bag, and aims it inches from Kihara’s face. In the video, the armed individual chillingly states, “I should,” before putting the weapon away and walking off. Despite the clear threat to his life, Kihara maintains his composure, responding with “Hey man, it’s up to you if you want to pull that on me. God bless you.” He then adds, “I still love you, though. Even though you pulled a gun on me, I still love you, I still bless you.” The armed individual, now walking away, shouts back a vulgar insult.
It remains unclear whether the preacher has filed a police report, as authorities have yet to respond to inquiries about the incident. However, the video is already fueling discussions about religious freedom, the growing intolerance toward Christian voices in progressive cities, and the dangerous climate that many pastors and street preachers now face.
For many conservatives, this disturbing confrontation is yet another example of the woke radicalism that is rapidly turning public spaces into no-go zones for biblical truth. The attack on faith is no longer just cultural—it’s physical. And with incidents like this, the left’s claim of being the side of “love and tolerance” has never looked more hypocritical.
