TX GOP Rep. Rips Psaki Over Border Patrol Agent Comments

Texas Republican Rep. Chip Roy blasted White House press secretary Jen Psaki over her comments against Border Patrol officers during a House floor speech making waves on the internet.

“The dangers that are provided by cartels and the illegal elements that come across our border on a daily basis and this body does nothing about it,” Roy said.

“The Biden administration and Secretary Mayorkas are taking purposeful steps to open our border, disregard the law, and to fail to faithfully execute the laws of the United States. We’re not using migrant protection protocols. We’re not using Title 42. We’re releasing people into the United States against federal law and we’re not doing anything to actually secure the border,” he added.

He’s right. The Biden administration has basically taken every good idea to secure the border and has done the exact opposite. Instead of serving as commander in chief, Biden has surrendered the southern border in exchange for political paybacks elsewhere, regardless of how it hurts the people of the country.

But those who live near the border see the damage the most. Roy, serving in Texas, is fully aware of the more than 100,000 people pouring through his state each week, not legal, yet allowed to arrive, stay, or travel through the state as they wish.

He’s tire of it and his speech shows it. Watch the full three-minute segment now for the details.
