TV Presenter Collapses During Political Debate

During a live television debate between two Tory hopefuls in the United Kingdom, who are competing to be Prime Minister, the show was forced off air when the TV presenter suddenly fainted and collapsed during the broadcast.

Kate McCann, the debate moderator and host, reportedly collapsed during the broadcast while UK Foreign Secretary Liz Truss was discussing the conflict between Russia and Ukraine when there was a rather loud bang heard, right before the broadcast was pulled off air.

TalkTV network is claiming that McCann’s fainting spell was due to a “medical issue” and not a “security issue.”

“Kate McCann fainted on air tonight and although she is fine, the medical advice was that we shouldn’t continue with the debate,” the network said in a statement. “We apologize to our viewers and listeners.”

McCann’s TalkTV Colleague James Whale confirmed on Twitter that she had fainted during the live debate: “Sadly Kate McCann the host has fainted we will let you know more later.”

The incident is not the first of its kind and since the covid vaccine has been rolled out en masse across the globe, it has become an increasingly frequent event.

When vaccines first became available, a critical care nurse, who was one of the first to take the Pfizer shot, suddenly collapsed on camera while talking about the vaccine.

With the billions that have now taken at least one shot, this will likely be something that is going to occur a lot more – God willing those people will not be behind the wheel of a vehicle or flying an airplane when it happens again.
