Former President Trump claimed to Iowans on Monday evening that he’s the only candidate that can “prevent World War III” as the conflict between Ukraine and Russia and continues.
Speaking in Davenport, he declared, “I am the only presidential candidate standing here before you today that can make this vow: I will stop World War III from starting”.
If he wins in 2024, Trump promised to have an agreement reached between Ukraine and Russia before his administration even gets underway.
“Shortly after winning the presidency,” he promised, “I will have the devastating war between Ukraine and Russia resolved before I arrive at the Oval Office. This will take 24 hours if it is not accomplished before then.”
The war, he continued, would not have happened if he had been in the White House. According to Trump, the Biden Administration’s catastrophic withdrawal from Afghanistan, which cost 13 American service members their lives, gave Vladamir Putin the Russian President cause to invade Ukraine.
“Putin said, This is now my chance, after taking a look at that. Those people are incompetent, Now is my chance,” the 45th president said.
In his view, the Biden Government could slingshot America into a third world war.
“But with this Admin., you may wind up in World War III because they do not speak correctly, they do not transmit the messages correctly, they act like they are tough when they ought to act nice, they act like they are nice when they really need to act strong. Honestly, they have no idea what the hell they are doing. We are going to end up being in a world war because of this stuff.”
Trump emphasized the likelihood of a nuclear third world war, which would be catastrophic on a worldwide scale.

The 45th president vowed to keep fighting the globalists, left and establishment Republicans while promising to “immediately put a end to the invasion at our southern border” in a speech to Iowans.
He stated:
