Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) asserted Tuesday during an interview on FNC’s “Ingraham Angle” that President Joe Biden and the Biden administration were committed to reconstructing the American economy.
The Republican legislator from Missouri claimed that terminating blue-collar labor was a component of it.
Laura Ingraham, the host, added, “Senator, now they stated inflation was temporary. They predicted that the sanctions would cause Russia’s economy to collapse. China, of course, carried out the significant backdoor rescue by purchasing their oil, and other nations did likewise. We may now continue to discuss their unfounded forecasts. Has anything been accomplished here correctly?”
Hawley said, “No, Laura, they haven’t. But I will share this with you. In the broadest sense, they are achieving their goal of restructuring our economy. Joe Biden wants to transform our economy such that there is no longer any blue-collar labor in our nation. Working folks cannot find employment here. Everyone in the group is dependent on the government.”
“The only option left is this climate green economy,” he said, “where you must possess a fancy degree, in which you have to obtain a white-collar job in a major city. And there is no employment available to you if you choose to live in the center of the country. They want to achieve that. Blue-collar employees are disliked. They dislike blue-collar lifestyles. They are thus attempting to destroy it by altering our economic system. And Laura, they are making progress. We must put a stop to them.”
