Rep. Austin Scott (R-GA), a member of the House Intelligence Committee, said on Tuesday’s episode of “Kennedy” on the Fox Business Network that more information about China’s despicable actions against Americans need to be made public so that people are aware of the threat China poses and “corporate America can not just turn their head and look in the opposite direction while pretending that China is anything but a adversary.”
“We have already been briefed on a variety of topics, including fentanyl, TikTok, balloons, and Chinese weaponry that Americans need to be aware of, said Scott. And I believe there is a fair amount of consensus that we should start declassifying more information about China and the threat it poses, Kennedy. I find it incredible that the Chinese flew a surveillance balloon all across the United States, gathering intelligence on our military installations as well as other American entities, and yet yesterday Ford Motor Company announced a partnership with China to advance battery technology. Therefore, all hands must be on deck to beat China in the economic conflict we are now engaged in, and this includes corporate America. Therefore, the Intelligence Committee, led by Rep. Mike Turner (R-OH), is of the opinion that a growing number of issues pertaining to all of the wrongdoings committed by China against American citizens need to be made public in order for corporate America to no longer be able to turn a blind eye and pretend that China is anything other than an enemy.”
