It’s absolutely disgraceful and infuriating to witness what’s unfolding at Boston’s Logan International Airport and Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport. Here we have two major American cities, blatantly flouting the rule of law by housing hundreds of illegal border crossers. This is a complete slap in the face to every law-abiding American citizen and a gross mishandling of our nation’s immigration policies.
Initially, Massport’s Interim CEO Ed Freni rightly pointed out that Logan Airport was not the right place to house illegal immigrants. Yet, in a blatant disregard for logic and common sense, the state has ignored his sensible stance for months. This is not just a failure in policy; it’s an active undermining of the principles that hold our nation together.
The chaos doesn’t stop in Massachusetts. It’s the same story in Illinois, specifically in Chicago, where they’re resorting to erecting black plastic sheets to hide migrants at O’Hare Airport. This is beyond appalling. It’s a total breakdown of order and a glaring display of incompetence and disregard for the well-being and safety of both the immigrants and American citizens.
What’s even more outrageous is the response of Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey and Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker. Both are crying out for federal dollars and support, yet where is their sense of responsibility? They’re part of the problem, encouraging policies that enable this crisis, and now they expect the federal government and, by extension, the American taxpayer, to bail them out.
The situation at these airports is a direct consequence of the Biden administration’s weak and ineffective border policies. During President Trump’s administration, we saw stronger, more effective policies that prioritized the safety and security of American citizens and legal immigrants. We saw actions that respected the rule of law and the sovereignty of our nation.

Now, under Biden, our borders are a joke, our laws are being ignored, and our citizens are paying the price. It’s time to take a stand. We need to demand that our government enforce our immigration laws, secure our borders, and protect the integrity of our nation. The American people deserve better than this chaos and lawlessness. It’s high time we bring back the strong, decisive leadership that puts America and its citizens first. Enough is enough! We can’t let our country be overrun and undermined by those who refuse to uphold our laws and respect our borders.
