President Joe Biden has ordered more than two thousand marines to be deployed to Australia – readying to enter a direct conflict with China amid claims the communist country is preparing to invade Taiwan, which would be the final domino in regards to the onset of an all-out global conflict.
Biden’s decision comes as Australian Defence Minister Peter Dutton warns that Beijing is reportedly seeking to take advantage of the conflict in Ukraine and use it as a distraction to launch an invasion of Taiwan.
“This threat emanates chiefly from Beijing, which has its own openly stated territorial ambitions, and which recently entered a ‘no-limits’ cooperative partnership with the Kremlin,” Dutton alleged.
It’s worth noting that Dutton is a known war-mongerer himself, and has repeatedly attempted to provoke Beijing by accusing China of “amassing nuclear weapons” and “militarizing.”
Earlier this month, Dutton refused to rule out Australia arming Taiwan against China and said the Australian government was working to receive nuclear-powered submarines “much sooner” than the initially planned year of 2040.
China, meanwhile, has threatened to respond with the use of nuclear weapons.
The U.S. also has been poking China, which possesses the second largest military in the world, threatening the communist country will ‘face consequences’ if it helps Russia to evade economic sanctions.
China’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian responded by saying “the US is creating and spreading false information.”
While there has been talk of the devastation that a potential nuclear conflict with Russia would bring, a battle between the U.S. and China – the world’s two most powerful militaries – would certainly doom us all.
