“That Was A Nasty Question” – Trump To Black Reporter

Former President Donald Trump attended a moderated question and answer (Q&A) session at the National Association of Black Journalists conference in Chicago, Illinois.

However, some panelists quickly put the former president under pressure by asking patronizing and demeaning questions about his earlier remarks, which the left’s mainstream media had either misrepresented or outright falsely spread.

The interview began with ABC News Senior Congressional Correspondent Rachel Scott. She questioned Trump on several of his earlier statements, which were misleading and taken out of context.

“You have referred to black district attorneys as animals and rabbits. You have disparaged black journalists, labeling them as “losers” and claiming that the inquiries they make are “racist and foolish.” At your Mar-a-Lago property, you’ve eaten supper with a white nationalist,” she remarked. “So, sir, why should black voters believe you after using language like that?” I am asking you this in response to your request for their votes. Scott stated it firmly.”

The way Scott questioned the 45th president infuriated him. In his response, he referred to her question and comment as “disgraceful.”

“First of all, you asked the first question in a manner I don’t believe I’ve ever heard of. You don’t even say “hi” or “how are you?” Are you watching ABC? In my opinion, they are a negative network that presents bogus news. “I find it shameful that I arrived here with such good intentions,” declared Trump.

Even after she had misrepresented the facts, Trump maintained his composure and answered the acerbic question.

“This question appears to be extremely offensive.” I have been the best president for black people since Abraham Lincoln. That’s how I respond,” he remarked. It’s disrespectful of you to begin a question-and-answer session in such a combative manner, especially considering that you were 35 minutes late because you were having trouble getting your equipment to function. I truly do,” Trump added.

The outgoing president of the Republican Party was also dissatisfied that Vice President Kamala Harris was not there when he had anticipated her presence, claiming that he had been “invited [on] false pretenses.”

“My opponent, either Biden or Kamala, would be present, and I received an invitation to this event,” Trump said. It appears that my opponent isn’t present. You made up an excuse to invite me. You then claimed that using Zoom wasn’t an option. You know, Zoom—where is he? She’s not coming; she’s going to do it with Zoom,” Trump said.

Despite having received an invitation, Harris apparently was unable to attend because of “schedule issues.”
