Senator Ron Johnson confronted Biden’s nominee for antisemitism envoy for calling him a “white nationalist.”
If you haven’t been watching, there has been a disturbing trend of Biden nominees who are not only liberal, but radical, progressive and even racist at times. Sen. Ron Johnson addressed the latest nominee, Deborah Lipstadt, who has been nominated for the White House’s antisemitism envoy.
This proposed leader for antisemitism has tweeted in the past that the senator is a white nationalist, something he flatly denied, and asked her what she had to say about the issue.
No spoilers here, but you might be surprised over her evasive nature in the response.
Johnson responded to her answer that she has been engaged in accusing people she does not know of being racist. That is exactly the type of work she’s being nominated to fight against in her role to fight antisemitism.
How does this go together? In short, it doesn’t. Unlike the Trump administration that was strongly support of Israel and Jewish people, the Biden administration has been weak on Israel.
Despite the nation being America’s top ally in the Middle East and the longest-standing democracy in the region, the Biden administration has done little in comparison with the past administration to support the Jewish people.
