Sen. John Kennedy Asks Judicial Nominee The Same Question NINE TIMES

Republican Louisiana Sen. John Kennedy repeatedly asked judicial nominee Anne Traum the same question over criminal justice.

After nine times, Kennedy finally asked, “What’s your favorite color?”

“Blue,” Traum answered.

Kennedy replied that he was finally at about one out of 20 questions answered. He told her point blank he would not vote for her when she could not answer a basic question about the role.

What was the question? Kennedy wanted to know if she would prosecute people who break laws in the name of social justice.

In other words, if social justice activists burn buildings, start fights, loot or vandalize, would Traum apply the law just like with anyone else?

Sadly, she couldn’t even answer the question.

This is the reality of Biden’s radical nominees. Some are so far to the left that there is no place on the chart for their craziness.

These are well-educated people who can yet only answer their favorite color when sitting before a Senate confirmation hearing. Before Traum, it was Biden trying to get a person holding strong communist views to lead the nation’s banks.

There was also David Chipman. Biden wanted him to lead the ATF, with the F meaning firearms, though he supports a ban on AR-15 rifles and has been a lobbyist for added gun regulations.

Check it out and see the latest Biden nominee in action for yourself below.
