Chaos once again erupted at UC Berkeley — and this time, it wasn’t just the usual shouting match. It was blood on the pavement, arrests, and pure leftist rage on full display.
On Monday night, far-left agitators swarmed a Turning Point USA event on campus, turning what should have been a peaceful gathering into a full-scale riot. And yes — it got violent.
As conservative students and guests arrived for the sold-out event, hosted by comedian Rob Schneider and Christian author Dr. Frank Turek, they were met by a mob of masked radicals. Many wore keffiyehs — you know, the now-popular symbol of anti-Israel protesters — and they weren’t just there to chant. They came to fight.
One man was left bleeding, his face covered in blood after getting into a fistfight with a protester. Police had to step in and tear them apart, and that was just the beginning. According to police, at least two people were arrested before the event even started, one of them for battery.
Here’s the moment things got ugly:

Yes, you heard that right. The protesters were caught on video celebrating the murder of Charlie Kirk — the conservative leader and founder of TPUSA who was assassinated just two months ago while leading a similar campus tour stop in Utah.
Let that sink in.
These people weren’t just protesting. They were cheering for a man’s death. Chanting in support of political violence. And this is happening at a major American university.
As night fell, the crowd grew more aggressive. Riot police formed a barricade to protect the building, while protesters tried to push through. Some were dragged away by officers after refusing to back off. Others squared off with police and TPUSA attendees. Tensions were sky-high.
Photos from the scene show the mayhem — bloodstains on the sidewalk, students running from clashes, and cops wrestling radicals to the ground. The only thing missing was the media outrage. Imagine the headlines if this had been a left-wing event and conservatives showed up swinging.
But here’s the kicker: despite all the madness outside, the event inside went off without a hitch. Rob Schneider and Dr. Frank Turek delivered powerful messages to a packed house. The crowd inside wasn’t intimidated. They came to be inspired, and they left fired up.
The event marked the final stop of TPUSA’s “American Comeback Tour” — the very tour Charlie Kirk was supposed to headline before he was brutally murdered. His legacy lived on through the speakers, the students, and the message: America is worth fighting for.
UC Berkeley officials claimed they were prepared for the protest. Assistant Vice Chancellor Dan Mogulof said, “The campus fully supports the rights and ability of every single student organization to invite whatever speakers they wish, regardless of their beliefs or perspectives.”
Fine words. But if that’s true, where’s the accountability for the violence? Where’s the crackdown on the thugs who show up to silence anyone to the right of Karl Marx?
Let’s be clear: this wasn’t a protest. It was an attempt to intimidate, to threaten, and to shut down free speech with fists and fear. And it’s not just Berkeley. We’ve seen this garbage play out at campuses all across the country.
The radical left has traded debate for destruction, and too many universities are letting it happen on their watch.
But here’s what they can’t stop — the movement is growing. Young conservatives are unafraid. They’re showing up. They’re speaking out. And they’re honoring Charlie Kirk by refusing to back down.
The American comeback is on — and no mob is going to stop it.
