Pizza Mix-Up Sparks Heartwarming Viral Moment in Colorado

Sometimes a wrong pizza order is exactly what the world needs.

This story out of Castle Rock, Colorado, is going viral—and not because someone got pineapple on a pepperoni. It’s going viral because a simple mistake turned into a powerful moment of faith, kindness, and hope.

Over the weekend, Pastor Neal Seiwert and his family ordered some Papa John’s for dinner. Nothing out of the ordinary—until the doorbell rang. When the delivery driver, a woman named Suzanna, showed up, she realized she had the wrong order. She had order No. 57. The Seiwerts were No. 67.

Most people would have shrugged or gotten annoyed. But Suzanna was clearly upset. She apologized and said, “I’m sorry, I’m getting old. I screwed up.”

That’s when Pastor Seiwert did something you don’t see every day—especially not on a doorstep over a pizza.

He looked her in the eye and said, “Don’t you, for one second, feel bad. We love you and Jesus loves you. And we hope you have a great night.”

Then he, his wife, and their three young daughters came out to the porch, surrounded Suzanna, and placed their hands on her shoulders. And they prayed with her—right there in the middle of a pizza delivery gone sideways.

Their home security camera captured the whole thing. The video is pure gold and it’s melting hearts across the country.

Now we’ve all seen the disasters that go viral—fights, meltdowns, chaos. But this? This is different. This is viral for the right reasons.

Pastor Seiwert later said he could feel God’s love for Suzanna as she stood there. He didn’t want her to just feel kindness from his family—he wanted her to feel God’s love. And that’s exactly what happened.

“Jesus, we thank you for Suzanna,” he prayed. “She’s more important than any of these orders tonight. She matters to us.”

And then he went further. “Lord, I just pray you would bless her… bring any healing she needs to her body… any financial need to her… that she would encounter you and live for you.”

Amen to that.

The video exploded online—over 5 million views and counting. Over half a million likes on Instagram. People from all over are chiming in saying it brought tears to their eyes. And it didn’t stop there.

The Seiwerts tracked Suzanna down and asked if they could start a GoFundMe to help her out. The original goal? $25,000. That was crushed in less than two days. People saw a woman who needed a break, and they gave her one.

Pastor Seiwert said he was blown away by the response. “So many people are commenting on how it brought them to tears. There are many people who simply just need love,” he said.

And he’s right. We’re living in a time when people are hurting. The media’s full of division, crime, and chaos. But sometimes, in the middle of all that noise, a quiet act of love can cut through and remind us what really matters.

This wasn’t a political stunt. It wasn’t a viral challenge. Just a family, some faith, and a pizza that didn’t show up on time.

The Seiwerts are preparing to move to Wichita, Kansas, later this year to start a church called Harvest House. And if this moment is any sign of what’s to come, Wichita’s about to be blessed.

So what do we take from all this? Maybe it’s simple: love people. See them. Pray for them. Even when the pizza’s late. Maybe especially then.

Because in a world that’s often cold, sometimes the warmest thing isn’t what’s in the box—it’s the people you meet on the porch.
