Nancy Pelosi just had a full-blown meltdown on camera — and it’s going viral for all the wrong reasons.
A video posted online shows the former House Speaker snapping at a reporter who dared to ask her a simple question about her role in the January 6 chaos. And when we say snapping, we mean full red-faced rage. “Shut up!” Pelosi shouted before launching into an angry tirade. Yep, that’s the level of “transparency” Democrats hand out when the questions hit too close to the truth.

This all went down outside the Capitol, where Pelosi was approached by Alison Steinberg, a reporter from LindellTV — yes, that’s Mike Lindell’s network. Steinberg asked Pelosi if she was worried about the new January 6 committee possibly holding her accountable for what happened that day. Specifically, she asked why Pelosi refused the National Guard when things started heating up.
That’s when Pelosi lost it.
“Shut up!” she yelled, before accusing the reporter of parroting “Republican talking points.” Then, she tried to deny it all by saying, “I did not refuse the National Guard. The president didn’t send it.” But here’s the thing — that’s not what the evidence says.
Let’s rewind the tape a bit.
Back in 2024, HBO released behind-the-scenes footage from January 6, filmed by Pelosi’s own daughter. In the video, Pelosi can be heard admitting that not enough was done to prepare for the protests. She even took some responsibility, saying, “I take responsibility for not having them just prepare for more.”
That clip alone blew a massive hole in the left’s narrative that Trump was the sole reason security failed that day. Trump had authorized up to 20,000 National Guard troops ahead of January 6. But guess who turned them down? Democrat D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser. And Pelosi? Well, she didn’t exactly push to bring them in either, even though she had the power and influence to raise the alarm.
Let’s be clear: Pelosi wasn’t some bystander watching from the sidelines. She was Speaker of the House. She had meetings, briefings, and full visibility into what was coming. And yet, she now wants everyone to believe she had no say in security decisions? It’s laughable.
Her team has scrambled to spin the story, claiming the full footage shows her “mobilizing the defense” and “coordinating continuity of government.” But if that were true, why is she melting down instead of calmly answering questions? Why scream at a reporter and storm off? That’s not the behavior of someone with nothing to hide.
Let’s not forget — Pelosi spent years blaming Trump for everything that happened on January 6. She painted herself as a hero and turned the entire incident into a political weapon. But now that the truth is leaking out, and new investigations are reopening the case, she’s panicking.
The meltdown says it all.

That’s the million-dollar question. And it’s one that the new January 6 committee seems ready to dig into. Unlike the sham investigations we saw under Biden’s DOJ, this time it looks like the people responsible for the security failures might actually face real accountability.
Nancy Pelosi can scream “shut up” all she wants. But the American people aren’t shutting up — they’re waking up. And they want answers.
