Kamala Shaking With Anxiety! New Debate Rules Could Ruin Her

With the presidential discussion on September 10 coming up, Kamala Harris can’t stop questioning the rules for the ABC debate.

Donald Trump said he’s okay with the rules. He wrote on Truth Social that “the rules will be the same as the previous CNN debate, which seemed to work well for everyone.”

For the June 27 discussion, CNN set similar rules, such as muting microphones while the other candidate talks and not having a studio crowd.

Harris doesn’t want the mic to be muted, though.

“Harris is saying we need to change the rules so there is a live mic. On the other hand, the Trump team is saying, ‘No, we’re not going to change the rules,'” says Matthew Peterson, editor-in-chief of Blaze Media.

Harmeet Dhillon, head of the Center for American Liberty and a Trump campaign supporter, thinks this shows Kamala’s plan.

“What it makes clear is that Kamala Harris plans to use tricks to get through this fight.” Dhillon tells Jill Savage and Peterson, “I’m sure it scares her to have to sit down or stand up and fight the master of debate in this setting.”

Dhillon says, “In this case, she wants the open mic so she can play the tired girl boss trope and cut him off when he says something about her by saying, ‘I’m speaking, it’s my turn, I’m taking my time,’ or whatever platitude you want to use there.”

“She’s also counting on having to take notes and sit down,” Dhillon says, adding that Kamala probably wants her “comfort governor Tim Walz” to be there to “help her out and hold her hand.”

“She’s not a little girl; the president of the United States has to be able to stand up to the world’s worst despots, demagogues, rulers, and bad people. They must be able to do that without using tools, tricks, or props, and they must not have to call a lifesaver.”
