An illegal alien with a New York commercial driver’s license nearly turned an Oklahoma highway into a demolition zone—and the whole thing was caught on camera.
This wild video is now going viral, and once you see it, you’ll understand why. It shows tires flying off the back of a semi-truck and bouncing across traffic like deadly pinballs. One tire even slammed into an Oklahoma Highway Patrol vehicle. It’s a miracle no one was killed.
Here’s the kicker: the guy behind the wheel couldn’t even speak English. And yet he was legally licensed to drive a massive commercial truck, thanks to the reckless policies of New York State.

The driver, Kutmanali Bekbolot, is an illegal immigrant from Kyrgyzstan. He told troopers he crossed the Mexican border and eventually made his way to New York—where he somehow got a commercial driver’s license, even though he can’t understand English.
Let that sink in. This man, who can’t read U.S. road signs or follow instructions in English, was handed the keys to a multi-ton truck—and turned loose on our highways.
The incident happened on US-69 in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. Bekbolot was hauling a load of loose tires that weren’t even tied down properly. As he drove, they started bouncing out of the back of his truck. Dashcam footage shows tires flying through the air and one crashing into a state trooper’s vehicle. It could have easily hit another car, a family, or a pedestrian. It could’ve killed someone.
Thankfully, Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers managed to pull him over safely. That’s when they realized he didn’t understand a word they were saying. They called in ICE, who confirmed what they suspected: this guy is in the country illegally.
ICE issued a statement after the arrest: “This illegal alien with a New York CDL doesn’t speak English and could have killed Oklahoma drivers with flying tires if it weren’t for our OK Highway Patrol 287(g) partners – well done, troopers, and we’re glad you’re safe!”
The situation is outrageous, but sadly, it’s not unique.
Just last month, California was forced to revoke 17,000 commercial driver’s licenses after it was discovered that the state had illegally issued them to foreign nationals. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy called out the state for putting Americans in danger. And now we’re seeing the deadly results of that kind of lawless behavior.
Let’s be clear: giving commercial licenses to people who are in this country illegally, who can’t speak the language, and who don’t follow basic safety rules is a recipe for disaster.
This isn’t just about one guy in a truck. This is about a system that puts politics ahead of public safety. States like New York and California are so eager to cater to illegal immigrants that they’re handing out licenses without checking who’s actually qualified to drive. And Americans are the ones paying the price.
It’s time to shut this madness down. We need strong borders, strict enforcement, and common sense rules that put American lives first. No more deadly freebies for people who break our laws.
Thankfully, under President Trump, ICE and law enforcement are finally cracking down. Oklahoma’s troopers did their job. ICE did theirs. But the bigger problem is still out there—and it’s being fueled by Democrat-run states that care more about illegal votes than legal lives.
