Hamas Video Sparks International Outcry and Military Response

This story is going viral for all the right—and wrong—reasons. Hamas just dropped a propaganda video showing two Israeli hostages still alive in Gaza City, and it’s sparking outrage, heartbreak, and a fierce response from the Israeli military.

Let’s get straight to it. Hamas is parading hostages on camera, hoping to pressure Israel into backing off its military campaign in Gaza. In the video, you see one of the hostages—Guy Gilboa-Dalal—crammed into a car, clearly being forced to read a script. “We just want it to end,” he says. “Please bring us back.” It’s gut-wrenching stuff. Then, another hostage, Alon Ohel, briefly appears. He looks stunned and says, “I can’t believe I’m seeing you.” These aren’t just actors in some political theater—these are real people, and they’re being used as pawns by terrorists.

Watch the footage for yourself right here. It’s chilling.

Hamas claims this is a plea for peace. But let’s call this what it is: psychological warfare. And Israel isn’t falling for it. The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) are already in control of about 40% of Gaza City, and they’ve made it clear they’re not stopping until Hamas is wiped off the map. The IDF says it’s preparing “precise strikes” against known Hamas targets—sniper nests, command centers, and underground tunnels. They even released a 3D map showing exactly where these terrorist networks are hiding.

Now here’s where it gets messy. The Israeli government is under fire from within. Families of the hostages, some former captives, and members of Israel’s own parliament are demanding a deal to bring the hostages home. They say Prime Minister Netanyahu is dragging his feet for political reasons. One group, the Hostages and Missing Families Forum, didn’t hold back. They said, “A deal is necessary now, before it’s too late.”

You’ve got people like Iair Horn, a former hostage, standing at protests holding signs for his brother Eitan and others still in captivity. He said, “There aren’t enough hands to hold all these signs.” That’s not political theater—that’s raw desperation from folks who’ve lived through hell.

Meanwhile, Israel is telling civilians in Gaza to evacuate. But here’s the problem: roughly 200,000 Palestinians are flat-out refusing to leave. That includes Christians hiding out in churches, praying the IDF won’t strike their holy sites. Israel has hit churches before—accidentally, they say—but the fear is very real.

And then there’s the Mushtaha tower. The IDF blew it apart on Friday. Why? Because it was allegedly being used as a Hamas surveillance center. That’s how deep these terrorists have embedded themselves into civilian infrastructure. They use homes, schools, mosques, and now towers as human shields. It’s evil, plain and simple.

Let’s not mince words here. Hamas isn’t some freedom-fighting group—they’re a terrorist organization holding innocent people hostage and hiding behind women and children. Israel has every right to defend itself, and the world should be standing with them, not wringing their hands and calling for “restraint.”

This video was meant to shake Israel’s resolve. Instead, it’s fueling it. The message from Jerusalem is clear: the hostages must come home, and Hamas must be destroyed. No more deals, no more delays.

Stay tuned. This fight isn’t over. Not by a long shot.
