Head of the Government Accountability Institute Peter Schweizer claimed that the Biden family’s connections to China are comparable to the Carter or Reagan families accepting “tens of millions of dollars from Russian businesspeople linked to the KGB” during the Cold War and that no one would be using the “absurd” standard that so many hold the Biden family too.
Schweizer said, “If you look at the nexus of these financial connections that the Bidens have had with China, you must go back to the Chinese state and you must also return back to Chinese intelligence.” Host Tucker Carlson described Schweizer as “probably the most talented digger into information such as this in the U.S. However, I don’t have much faith that the Justice Dept. will look into any of these very serious and valid questions, such as if money came from China to the Bidens or worries about sensitive data or what the Bidens actually did in exchange for that money.”
After that, Carlson questioned, “It just seems so apparent. I mean, these dots truly do link, and once more, I have complete faith in you to unravel these intricate financial tales, but is there any doubt that what appears to have occurred actually did?”
“Yes, Tucker, you and I both lived through the Cold War or at least the 1980s. Would there be any doubt at all that this requires a serious investigation if the families of Ronald Reagan or Jimmy Carter received tens of millions of dollars from Russian businessmen connected to the KGB?” Schweizer retorted. “Instead, the message we’re hearing from many people is that it’s an unrealistic standard to require proof that a crime was being committed. It requires examination.”
