Golden State Chaos Over Beach Homeless Crisis

As the homeless crisis is spiraling out of control in Los Angeles, California, local leaders disagree on how to solve the issue. A new Daily Wire video reveals a chaotic scene that state and local Democrat leaders are failing to address.

Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva has now vowed to clear the homeless encampments growing along Venice Beach by July 4th. The video said, “His announcement comes after a close encounter on the boardwalk when a homeless woman pulled out a knife.”

Villanueva said, “What got to this is year after year of counterproductive and irresponsible decisions from the board of supervisors, the may of LA and the LA city council. Each and every person played a part in failing to acknowledge the unfolding price.”

The sheriff said, “It’s a little overwhelming, kind of gross and just a little nerve-wracking with certain individuals around. We don’t battle the homeless. We feed them. We nurture. We listen to them. We ask them what do they need.”

It’s a shame the sheriff has been left to both protect the city and care for the growing number of homeless without government help, but at least he’s trying.

Isn’t this the same state where Gov. Newsom is looking for billions of dollars for homeless outreach? It seems like there’s a big disconnect between state funding and solving the homeless issues in the Golden State.

It’s so bad you have to see it to believe it. Check it out from the Daily Wire now.
