Tom Homan has confirmed that leaks sabotaging ICE operations may have come from inside the FBI, raising serious concerns about deep state interference in immigration enforcement.
Massive ICE Raid in Los Angeles Leaked to Far-Left Media
The Gateway Pundit first reported that an ICE operation targeting thousands of criminal illegal immigrants in Los Angeles was leaked to the press, compromising what would have been one of the largest immigration crackdowns in recent years.
Dubbed Operation Compliance, the raid aimed to arrest individuals with outstanding deportation orders, criminal convictions, and gang ties. But before it even began, the leftist media was tipped off, and ICE’s targets were given time to escape.
DHS Secretary Kristi Noem Blasts FBI for Sabotaging Immigration Enforcement
Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem openly accused the FBI of leaking sensitive information to protect illegal immigrants from deportation.
“The FBI is so corrupt. We will work with any and every agency to stop leaks and prosecute these crooked deep state agents to the fullest extent of the law,” Noem declared.
This comes on the heels of another leak that tipped off Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang members about an ICE raid in Colorado, allowing them to completely clear out before federal agents arrived.
Homan: DOJ Opens Criminal Investigation Into FBI Leakers
Speaking to Fox News host Sean Hannity, Homan confirmed that the Department of Justice has launched a criminal investigation into the leaks, with FBI employees now under scrutiny.
Homan didn’t hold back on what’s coming next.
“We know the first leak in Aurora is under investigation. We think we have identified that person,” Homan said. “The California leak, Secretary Noem is correct. Some of the information we’re receiving tends to lead toward the FBI.”
The message from the administration is clear—these leakers will face severe consequences.
“Not only will this person lose their job and lose their pension, they’re going to go to jail,” Homan warned.
Leakers Are Putting ICE Agents’ Lives in Danger
Beyond the political scandal, Homan emphasized that these leaks aren’t just bureaucratic betrayals—they are putting American law enforcement officers at risk.
“It’s only a matter of time before we walk into a place where a bad guy is sitting and waiting for the officer to show up and ambush them,” Homan explained. “This is not a game.”
The DOJ and DHS are coordinating efforts to hold those responsible criminally accountable, ensuring that law enforcement can do its job without interference from corrupt insiders.
