Washington, D.C., Mayor Muriel Bowser hosted a large wedding without a mask after her new mask mandate was in effect.
A new online video highlighted Bowser officiating the mask free event. Apparently, Ben Shapiro noted, the rule doesn’t apply to her because she’s special.
We’re increasingly in a society where the elites do as they wish, not as they say. They are no longer bound by the oaths they make, but rather whatever furthers their cause.
It’s not just Bowser, either. Just this week, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi decided to walk out of the room maskless following her press conference in a building she ruled required wearing a mask.
This is the same Pelosi who had her hair done in California without a mask when the state was on lockdown.
And speaking of California, don’t even get started with Newsom. His antics over masks have led to an upcoming recall election.
Then there was AOC’s photo opp mask this week. She put it on for pictures on the Capitol steps, but then instantly took it off again.
