Crenshaw: “We Don’t Need Any More Activist Athletes”

Texas Republican Congressman Dan Crenshaw slammed Olympic qualifier Gwen Berry for turning her back on the American flag and the National Anthem, saying “We don’t need any more activist athletes.”

Crenshaw didn’t stop there. “She should be removed from the team. The entire point of the Olympic team is to represent the United States of America. It’s the entire point.”

“It’s one thing when these NBA players do it. OK, we’ll just stop watching. But now the Olympic team? And there’s multiple cases of this. They should be removed. That should be the bare, minimum requirement, is that you believe in the country [you’re] representing.”

The host on “Fox & Friends” mocked, “Yeah, I feel represented.”

The ongoing battle by anti-American athletes is unacceptable. If you’re going to represent America, you should at least be expected to honor the nation’s flag and Anthem.

If not, go find another country to represent. It’s like an adult child complaining about living at home. If you don’t like it, leave it. The home isn’t the problem; you are.

In classic Crenshaw fashion, he obliterates the excuses of the leftists who call such actions progress. Check it out now!
