Congressional Ball Game Violently Interrupted

This week, protesters disrupted the annual Congressional Baseball Game. As they exited Nationals Park, they stormed the field, pointing angrily at the assembled spectators.

Breitbart News was able to obtain video footage showing police officials leading a pro-Palestinian demonstrator out of the stands. As he was departing, the audience cheered him on.

The footage shows Democratic climate protesters leaping onto the field and on-site police officials tackling them.

The supporters on the red side of the stadium chanted “U.S.A.” as they tackled and restrained the demonstrators.

The demonstrators’ removal from the field was visible.

Oskar Gorzynski, a U.S. correspondent for the Polish Press Agency, tweeted video footage showing protesters yelling “Free, free, Palestine” and “Congress, Congress, you can’t hide, you’re sponsoring a genocide” before and during the National Anthem to X.

Climate activists reportedly staged a demonstration outside the baseball stadium prior to the game, holding posters that said, “Stop playing games with our future” and “End Fossil Fuel Subsidies.” ABC7 News reported that the climate demonstrators also wore “End Fossil Fuels” t-shirts.
