Canadian Senior Arrested, Fined for HONKING?

A 70-something year old man was arrested in Ottawa this week for honking his horn in a viral video that is showing the world how ridiculous pandemic restrictions have become.

The news spread quickly across the internet after Ottawa banned honking due to the thousands of semi trucks blocking the downtown as part of a peaceful protest against vaccine mandates, not nearing its third week.

The man continued to honk, with police pulling him along the road and arresting him for his “breaking” of the new law.

At what point does dragging an old man across an icy sidewalk to jail a better safety measure than requiring the nation’s truck drivers to receive a vaccine?

The ridiculous contrast is pointing out that the pandemic is no longer about public safety but something else. It appears the concern is more about government control than freedom for the people.

David Anber, a lawyer with The Democracy Fund has agreed to take on this case and help Gerald fight this outrageous fine, according to the video.

Check out the video and see for yourself. It’s an outrageous video and one you don’t want to miss from Rebel News, a leader in reports on the latest with the trucker freedom convoy.
