Border Crisis Turns Into A Sexual Mess

In the past three years, the border problem has hit levels that were hard to imagine. But, believe it or not, matters are only going to get much worse.

There is a big group of migrants walking from southern Mexico to the north this week. They are all trying to get into the country illegally. Their aim is the southern border of the United States.

“A large migrant group which includes many Central Americans as well as Venezuelans departed southern Mexico this week for the U.S., organizers, and officials stated, as Washington struggles with renewed tensions at its southern border.”

Three thousand five hundred people started walking from the city of Tapachula, which is close to the border with Guatemala, according to officials in the southern state of Chiapas. Irineo Mujica, one of the leaders of the caravan, said that there were about five thousand people in the group.

“Most of the most recent caravans are actually from El Salvador, Guatemala, Cuba, Haiti, Honduras, as well as Venezuela,” Mujica said.

There are currently thousands of people crossing Mexico. Before they reach the Rio Grande River, a lot of them are likely to be abused, hurt, or killed. Those who manage to make it into the country will have to work for the drug gangs that helped them get there.

Does that strike anybody as humanitarian? Or does it sound like a huge moral breach to keep letting people come in illegally by not keeping the border secure?

Things are getting worse, though. Are these people here illegally to do things that Americans aren’t going to do? If one of those jobs is to bring life back to New York’s “red light” areas with prostitution, then the answer to that question is yes.

“Mayor Eric Adams is blaming the increase in prostitution in the city of Corona Queens on a surge of female Venezuelan migrants who are finding it difficult to find other jobs.”

This week, the Democrat stated that there is “illegal” activity going on in the region, calling it “one example” of the way the country’s immigration problem is impacting the city.

It is very likely that a large number of the women who are resorting to prostitution—if not the majority—do so because they are expected to work as prostitutes in order to pay the cartels. This means that the tactics of the Biden government are actually making sex trafficking easier. Again, does that sound like something that would help people?
