Biden’s Deathbed Pardon Party: Get Out of Jail Free Card for Hunter?

Ana Navarro, a regular co-host on ABC’s The View and self-proclaimed political sage, took to X (formerly Twitter) to demand President Joe Biden preemptively pardon not only his scandal-plagued son, Hunter Biden, but also a host of Democrat loyalists. Navarro, never one to shy away from over-the-top rhetoric, wants Biden to dish out pardons like Halloween candy before President-elect Donald Trump takes office in January.

Navarro’s Pardon Free-for-All
In a display of peak Democrat desperation, Navarro suggested pardons for Hunter Biden (already convicted on gun and tax charges) and “preemptive pardons” for Vice President Kamala Harris, former January 6 Committee members Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger, and special prosecutor Jack Smith. Navarro didn’t even try to hide her motivation, openly admitting her fear of Trump’s “promised retribution.”

“Dear @JoeBiden, pardon Hunter before these clowns go after him to take revenge on you,” Navarro wrote on X. “And while you’re at it, give pre-emptive pardons to Liz Cheney, Kamala Harris, Adam Kinzinger, Jack Smith … and anybody else who may be on the enemies list of the promised retribution.”

Critics were quick to point out the glaring hypocrisy in Navarro’s plea. After years of Democrats crying about norms and ethics, Navarro’s call for blanket pardons reeked of desperation and double standards. As Nicholas Fondacaro of Newsbusters noted, “The ‘principles first’ and ‘but my norms’ crowd are the quickest to ditch them when they don’t get their way.”

Meanwhile, Tom Elliott of Grabien pointed out the obvious: “Just precious how they’re still pretending the Biden corruption scandal is about Hunter and not Joe.”

Pardon Hunter: A Laughable Defense
Navarro’s crusade didn’t stop on social media. During Monday’s broadcast of The View, she argued that Biden should pardon Hunter because Trump’s election victory was essentially a “pardon” for him. Yes, you read that right. Navarro somehow managed to compare Hunter Biden’s criminal activity with Trump’s triumphant return to the White House.

“This is what I’m going to tell Joe — Joe, since they’re talking smack about you anyways, you know what? Maybe pardon Hunter,” Navarro ranted. “Pardon Hunter because, basically, America just pardoned a criminal who was convicted of felonies.”

The mental gymnastics here are almost impressive, even for The View. Navarro further claimed Hunter wouldn’t have been prosecuted if his last name weren’t Biden. So much for that “equal justice under the law” Democrats claim to champion.

The Left’s Hypocrisy Knows No Bounds
Navarro’s bizarre wishlist of pardons underscores just how panicked the left is about Trump’s return to power. They know that Trump’s commitment to restoring law and order means the days of sweeping Democrat scandals under the rug are over. Navarro’s call for Biden to issue pardons isn’t about justice; it’s about protecting a corrupt system from accountability.

But here’s the thing: America sees through this charade. Biden can pardon Hunter and every other Democrat loyalist, but the public’s demand for truth and justice won’t be silenced. Trump’s landslide victory proves that Americans are ready to hold the swamp accountable—and no amount of Navarro’s handwringing will change that.
